1980s Hamburg, Germany hacking group
A report they prepared on August 17, 1987 detailed all the installations that had been penetrated: 135 sites in total, all on SPAN, including nineteen NASA installations such as two VAX in Washington, D.C., six in Goddard Space Flight Center, and ten in the Marshall Space Flight Center. It also included a large number of systems at CERN in Switzerland, and others at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands, the Meudon Observatory and the Institut d'Astrophysique in Paris, and various Max Planck Institute sites in Germany.
