Paul was the first Chairman of the APACS SAG (see above).  He was then seconded onto the fledgling PKI hierarchy idea of Identrus ( https://itlaw.wikia.org/wiki/Identrus) which I believe emerged eventually as IdenTrust in NY. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IdenTrust. Paul left Barclays and ended up as CISO at BP growing the security function to be quite a force.  Paul has been involved in many different initiatives and is often on the speaker circuit.
